The PECRM mobile app collects location data from field employees (sales representatives and service technicians) while they are checked in for their shift, including when the app is running in the background or the screen is off. This location data is used to display the employee's real-time position and travel route to authorised managers within the CRM's Live Tracking feature, for the purpose of field visit coordination and service/sales operations. Location tracking stops immediately when the employee checks out. This data is only accessible to authorised personnel within Professional Elevators Pvt Ltd and is not shared with third parties.
5. How We Use This Information
All information collected is used solely for internal CRM operations including managing leads, contacts, projects, quotes, and sales activities for Professional Elevators Pvt Ltd. We do not use this data for marketing, advertising, or any external purpose.
6. Data Storage
All data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Data is accessible only to authorised Professional Elevators personnel.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share any data collected through this app with third parties. Data is strictly for internal use only.
8. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as it is required for business operations. Employees who leave the organisation will have their app access revoked.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and role-based access controls within the app.
10. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
